Authentic RIBENA drink & spread

200g of flowers harvested

Harvested Rosella flowers, this round is enough for jam making & roselle drink.




1. quick rinse the flowers 2. removed pods from flowers 3. Boil the pods with some water to extract the pectin that required to set the jam. 4. Remove the pod & pour in petals. 5. Keep on stirring till the petals is soft.Turn off fire. 6. Add in brown sugar & few stir Ratio 3 flowers : 2 sugar ( sweetness depend on individual taste bud) 7. After cool down, pour the jam in blender. add in a lemon to taste better ( i included the skin ). 8. Put in empty jar & to store in fridge after it total cooled down.


2 jars of jam + 1 cup of drink

It is quick & easy making.
